<p>I&#8217;m late.  The first week is almost up and, as usual, I&#8217;m late.</p>
<p>Analogies (metaphors?) of rabbit holes and Alice abound, but at least she wasn&#8217;t being watched. Here it is. &#8217;I post therefore I am.&#8217; Who said that?</p>

<p>I could talk about spiders webs, the analogy being so obvious it is a cliche, but in this case, I think it is the web making the spider and not the other way around.</p>
